Joshua Tree National Park

We went to Joshua Tree Nat Park on Friday. It is an amazing place, with mountains, giant rocks, Joshua trees and cactuses and trails to hike, we left late and didn't get to see the entire park, so we plan on making a return visit. It is about 83 miles from here. The main road is about 60 miles to get to the Northern part of the park from the Southern entrance where all of the interesting things are. We were amazed by 3 of the campgrounds in the park, the campers are among the giant rocks. The length limit was 25' so most were tent camping.
