It does rain in Arizona! We arrived on BLM land Saturday 12/10 got setup and all is well. I am very pleased with the Solar system I installed on the Rig. We have been off grid since arriving Saturday and the only day we had to run the generator was Monday because it was cloudy and rained all day, the batteries only got to 74% so I topped them with the generator and ran the microwave and the Sous Vide cooker for steak and baked potato's for dinner. The solar panels completely charge the batteries in about 6-7 hours, after that we charge up all of our devices with the extra power we make and cannot store in the batteries. So there hasn't been much of an adjustment in lifestyle being we are completely on Solar power. It figures now that were boondocking there have been freeze warnings yesterday and for the next 2 days. We had to run the tank heaters last night because it was close to 32 degrees. I may not have had to, but better safe than frozen tanks. We will be going to Yuma and Wickenburg over the next week to see the Yuma Prison Museum and a mine/Ghost town in Wickenburg. I have also attached a picture of the deer in the FT Bridger campground.
